It's very disappointing that Diamond and Creative Labs didn't announce Banshee-based boards today. Hasn't anyone at TDFX ever seen how MSFT or INTC launch new products? They have lots of key partners lined up for a simultaneous set of announcements that compliment and reinforce the messages so that customers (and Wall St.) hear things loud and clear. I was hoping that TDFX, DIMD, CREAF (and DELL, CPQ, etc.) would have all had Banshee-oriented press releases today. One of the few reasons I could come with for all the Banshee secrecy was that because they wanted to have a _huge_ launch with some surprise announcements. Guess I was wrong. Sigh... Chip
