Q4'97 AMD shipped 1.5M (K6's) at a loss of (-$.09/share) while in Q1'98 AMD shipped 1.55M (K6's) at a loss of (-$.39/share). Bill, looks like the data does not support your contention, "AMD is getting better and better at it", unless you are talking about losing money. Why do you continue to HYPE AMD, Bill ??
