Interesting note from the KANA thread: "MM are playing around with this. What motivated me to buy in this morning is that it is getting very close to ACQUISITION announcement and blue sky announcement. The exact words of our broker contact is "we could make this thing move up to $3 in a heartbeat" if the lawyers would just hurry up and finish and get approved their blue sky in the 36 states.
