****off topic** Tell em to fund their own education until performance improves. We were better off: youth is the time for investigating (yes even drugs) and experimenting...without fear of jail or huge repercussions. Most people come/came out of it just fine. Better for having "seized the day". Otherwise people want to go seizing days when they are more mature and affect much more other people.And those people who didnt/dont make it wouldnt anyway for another reason. There can always be a reason found** to be unsuccessful but it isnt usually the correct one. Wish the govt will just leave us alone to live our own way. But you know by now I wish that!
