Here is a little known fact there are some 30,000 identified yet orphaned production wells in WV dating back from the turn of century. Gee...don't think they had those enhanced recovery technologies back then. How many of these wells can be re-worked today? I know this because I sat on the environmental committee of the WV Oil & Natural Gas Association for several years. Never missed a meeting.
