Do not be concerned that Brad Aelicks sold some stock. If you look at the numbers, he sold what he got back in options. This is common, I would do the same considering the amount of shares that he still owns.

David...Jason is usually in the office at 9:30 EST.

Insider trading - I don't see any sign of trouble whatsoever

Dear Veritas:

I just don't see any wide-scale sell off of NIR. My 'source' told me last week why one Insider reduced their position since January - for very valid reasons and not related to the company at all. Insiders buy and sell just like everyone else - the great thing is that we can see every one of their trades.

Look at how tightly NIR continues to be held!! If those big long term holders of NIR (remember my source told me that more than 50% of NIR is held by less then ten longterm investors) who picked up NIR back in the anti-stain days for just cents were dumping - then I would be concerned - but that's just not happening. It's been two months since the last big News (April 21) - plenty of time to dump above $2 if Napier was going to tank. I just don't see it at all. I even picked up another 400 @ 2.14 late today - wanted 480 - but happy with the partial fill nonetheless :-)

All I can say is that the more familar and knowledgeable you are about Napier and Aquasol - the more condfident you'll be about what lies ahead. Give the main players a call, and just give Napier a little more time.

In one of my pre-Oil Show posts I gave a time line running till the end of July for the big News release and for Napier to take off. I thought back then that the Oil Show may be the trigger - and I wouldn't have predicted a News release then if I had not spend so much time with ICI, and I had only spoken to Napier once until then - preferring to concentrate on ICI. Since then I've spoken to Napier twice - once to Jason and once to another source.

If you want to see some big time Insiders selling - take a look at what Gates, Allen and Balmer do with MSFT on occasion - you'll have a heart attack!! Last year Allen - over two-three days must have sold something like 30 million MSFT (from memory - if not that number - then it was in the many millions)!!!

The quarterly report is due by tomorrow week and it'll be posted on SEDAR. Also the web page contract gives the developer also until the end of the month to complete.

This will most likely be the last full week when NIR goes through another quiet week. I'm sure that the web page may add some ticks to the share price, then with the imminent News and quarterly report - means that this may be the last week to grab some sub $2.20 NIR.

Later,

David in Ontario

As you could see he still has a lot of shares,1.5 mil, for him to sell about 1\4 of his position is not abnormal and it's
far from what some are saying "insiders are dumping".If you take into consideration the amount money he invested, time, risk, and the tax
implications, I think he didn't do to badly,I personally would of sold more. We'll keep an eye on him.
