What I can't figure is how Cs can miss estimates by 2 cents and then spend 100 million dollars the same day just to piss the analysts off a little more!!! Anyone see this as a good thing CS has done??

Questions about the Quarterly report

Was the netVentage buyout included in the Quarter's numbers??
If it was, then what would their profit per share have been??
If not, how badly will CS be knocked down for missing the estimates (.04 vs .06)??
