Bill:

P/E is a function of growth, specifically sustainable growth.

You are correct. But likely the company is in a decline that trades at 2x. Now look at Amazon or Yahoo. PE's a function of percieved future growth.

And why not? There may be a reason other pennies sell at a multiple of less than 10...perhaps they don't have growth, or they have slim margins.
TSIS has both growth and large margins up ahead...
I believe if the MM's let this one go, it will pass $2 in the next 6 months...

Sure some pennies trade at low multiples but that's because they have no chance of expansion or maybe their margins are low or possibly a number of reasons.
TSIS is making money now. They are in a high margin business and are getting a lot of new contracts. They provide a great service which all companies will use. It's just a matter of how much of the market they will get. And right now there is not a lot of competition out there. They have a chance for huge growth over the next few years and if they can capture the market they are expecting we'll be seeing numbers much bigger than announced today.
Numbers like Income in the tens of millions and earnings in the millions will be a regular occurence each quarter. That's when TSIS is on the NASDAQ and trading around 10 bucks. This will probably be 2-3 years off but is a real possibility for this company and will be a home run for it's shareholders.
