If anyone here can stand just one more quick point regarding the conference call and the "promise" not to do a reverse split, here it is. I'm reminded of story I heard recently of a guy who was being primed to run a department within a relatively large company. During his training, he suddenly had a heart attack and was out for quite awhile. He returned to work later but was never the same. He was out a lot for medical treatments, and seemed unable to perform even his normal assigned duties. The company had no choice but to replace him with another manager who was able to handle the stress and run the department (they did, however continue his employment and in fact he stayed on for another year and a half). He finally resigned and hired an attorney to sue the company for not promoting him to the "promised" position. To make a long story short, the company was able to prove that he was not medically able to handle the stress or perform the necessary duties of managing this demanding position. Promoting him under these circumstances would have literally put the future of the company in jeopardy. It's funny how unexpected events can arise in business that require unpopular decisions, but it happens. I just hope there is a very good reason for what has taken place here and will continue to watch for the explaination. Cheers, Randy P.S. In response to someone earlier asking if I have buy or sell recommendations, I do not feel comfortable recommending anyone to buy or sell ANY stock. I can simply post the reasons I continue to be invested in a particular stock. That's why God invented Due Diligence. And I will decide when I need to do further DD for myself, thank you. As it happens, I am putting together a small list of questions to forward to Tom and will hope for a quick reply. I suspect he is rather busy right now (at least I hope so) but hopefully he will make the time to get back in a reasonable time period. So there you have it. I will remain a stockholder, one way or the other until the results are in. Cheers, Randy
