Mike, generally the strategy is as follows.... Ask them reasonable questions.... note the answers and lead them to contradict themselves repeatedly then after they have done this numerous times they usually submit. (note: submission doesn't mean that their behavior will change but at least they will know that you caught them lieing). Note: you have to be technically proficient enough to catch them lying because with the lies intact the contradiction seldomly occurs. If this fails I usually have to resort to legal threats and public humiliation or other less pleasant tactics. :) BTW: For any of this to work you need leverage as a customer. So this works very well at work and doesn't in my personal purchases. Problem inherently lies in that not enough individuals bond together to make a difference. Sean
