This company is in play and will be taken over soon - No doubt about it. Today's downdraft was in reaction to ERICY saying that it will not be taking over large companies but smaller ones. I think Mory and company know their bread is buttered in keeping the stock price up as any premium will be based on the current price. Agreed, the price to a certain extent reflects a premium - but not all of it. Gosh, DSC with its less than stellar earnings and prospects managed to command a eye popping premium.
