I know that Dr Drees has applied for patent on pher-02. He wants to attain "Patent pending" status for the product as soon as possible. I'll give him a call to try to clarify this and any other patents held. chief

Mike/woodtick: About your question on Patents! I spoke with Dr. Drees this afternoon and he informed me that the original patent #5434191 issued through International Therapeutics Inc. is still active. You are correct that he no longer is affiliated with that company, in fact one of the other two individuals named on the patent has since passed away. Now to the present and Sanguine Corp. Dr. Drees assured me that the patents on Pher02 have been applied for and pending. I hope this will help in your research of SGNC. Thanks
