Further thoughts: Although Analyst10 has taken a retospective look at DGIV, and is not all that familiar with VoIP technology, the fact remains that some of what he asks is the same as will be asked by regulators who will review DGIV's NASDAQ application. As such, those questions will have to be answered, and just as we should not give Analyst10 a free ride so also should we not give DGIV a free ride. We are all eagerly awaiting DGIV's belated filings, and once they are out I hope that Analyst10, 11, 12, or whomever goes through them with the same interest as they are going through them before they are even filed. We all have a lot invested in this company, financially and personally. We have done a lot of DD, and have posted what we have found. As always, we remain individual investors making our own choices. If anyone is uncomfortable, but wants to remain in VoIP, there is IDTC at a very high valuation, FTEL selling boxes, or severl fly by night outfits that I would not even mention. I believe DGIV is the best play, given the risk and the payoff. Your own mileage might vary.
