Below is a link regarding 400mm, the son of 300mm. I have heard several chipmakers say or intimate that the push to 300mm may not occur as previously expected at .18mu, but rather at smaller line widths such as .13mu. I am not an engineer but the move to 300mm at this point is more up in the air than ever.
