Cisco had revenues of more than $6.4 billion in its most recent fiscal year ending July 1997 and continues to see its revenues and earnings grow at faster than 30 percent year-over-year. Lucent did not specify how much it was seeking in damages. But Callahan said, ''We obviously think the damages are significant or we wouldn't have filed'' the lawsuit. <snip>
