Dave: Have 30K tied up in this mess. I will use these two avenues to express my issues with them. However anyone know of a good approach to getting the Elephants attention? What should be in the note to them? Are there hints at avenues that they would not like us to take that will make them re-think their position. DR

Hi Dave, I'll give you all a quote from the esteemed Michael Johnson president of the VSE "respect is harder to come by at home" well Mr Jonson the internet is home ,that is home to the world community of investors, the days of trampling over investors and getting away with it because they never knew what was happening ,are gone , I would suggest that you concentrate your efforts on actions rather than words and if these actions are correct then respect will follow automatically ,i would suggest that all members of this forum fax Mr Johnson with our concerns after all he is the top man or is he regards John
