Please don't cook my GARDENBURGER in that TURBOCHEF oven!

Yuck!

I continue to strongly recommend shorting GBUR and TRBO. I recently increased my own short position in TRBO during the last hiccup runup and after the announcement of its removal from the Russel 3000.

Gardenburger remains grossly overvalued. A money-losing operation in the specialty food caqtegory - it faces stiff competition and low brand recognition, despite the recent hype about its expensive "Seinfeld" commercial. One 30 second spot on an old sitcom does not a $100,000,000 company make.

About Shorting SPLN after the World Cup...Think Twice!

Bill,
I agree with many of your shorts, but SPLN is a bad idea. The World Cup will be ending on July 12th..just about the same time NFL training camp is starting. CBS is ging to be the proud sponsor of NFC football this year. So yes, you are going to see the CBS.sportsline.com announcemnts every fifteen minutes, every weekend from August until January. You cannot tell me that this will not help the stock.
Yes, ESPN has the rights to NFL.com, but Sportsline will be able to market their sight very easily, with the help of CBS!.

I am not long or short on this stock, but very interested in the Net stocks as a whole. Good Luck

Alan
