Hi Dave
That's interesting ,I would suggest to our new board of directors that all further requests to the VSE for meetings are by recorded mail delivery, otherwise they may find themselves in trouble should the VSE deny there verbal requests were ever made,that would then place our new directors in an unenviable position don't you think
