Eric Charters #reply-4968057 showed me how to download WP docs from sedar into Microsoft Works, which is standard issue with most PCs. It's just a matter of pushing the right buttons. Actually he just encouraged me to try, and I found it by trial and error. Couldn't name the steps right now, though.

Kerm, if you have MicroSoft Word, then Word should convert your Wordperfect document without a problem. This should be transparent (where have we heard that one before!) to the user, ie. you should not have to do anything at all. MS-Word should recognize the Wordperfect file name extension and do the conversion automatically. Should you have problems, I am sure Mr. Bill $50Billion USD Gates would be pleased to take your call!

Kerm / Downloading Word Perfect Document First - ensure that you have MS Word converter for WP installed. Should be included on MS Word disks. You'll have to go through the install process to add if not already installed Second - just down load the file (save it). If your browser tries to open it instead, disassociate the file extension in the browser. Third - open the file with Word. It will automatically convert it but you will probably loose some formating. None of these things work 100%. Fourth - email or pvt message if that don't seem to work. Good luck Al
