Yes I am in the goodwill lawsuits. You may not have heard yet, but the DOJ and Statesman have settled the first failed bank case. It has not been announced yet on the wire, but it is public information from the US Court of Claims. Very positive for ABCP and other failed banks. These are cases that will have short term success and long term wins that will equal 20 to 30 billion in total. I am trying to find another litigation play even remotely like it.

I don't think that GIFT is that play. Trading a few thousand shares for a 100% move won't do it. I need 500m to 1000m shares to make it worthwile. Only way to accumulate that much stock is to beleive in an ultimate victory, not short term trading on temp good news. I agree that those trading 1,000 to 10,000 shares can make money on event swings in the stock. That is not my bag baby.
