WEll the old saying is 10% of 0 is still zero. That is close to what profit will be made on RDRAM sales, so I think Rambus's valuation is overdone. If those guys were smart they would have sold the right to RDRAM outright to someone and retired then and there.

I don't think Rambus will make nearly as much money as some of the nuts out there seem to think. But then again you have companies like YHOO trading at what kinda P/E.. I just don't know anymore. The solid companies trade at anywhere from 3x - 12x earnings and the "questionable" ones always seem to trade at 50x and better.. just can't figure it (I know MS trades at a be x too, but I'm not talking about Mr. $51B here ;-) )
