Thanks DD, I'm still trying to get a decent response from my broker on this. After speaking with the trading desk he came back and gave me about 3 different answers, none of which made sense. I think my next stop is to check with the naz. It shouldn't be that difficult to get a straight answer on this, but that seems to be the case. If some of the folks out there could respond to me on the private circuit on this issue of how this stock is quoted and traded, I'd sure appreciate it. thanks - Tom
