An unfortunate aspect of life, is that people often forget and begin to focus on other matters with time. It's the "soup du jour" scenario. This allows complaints like the ones against the TSE and other companies to simply "drift away" with time. They expect this to happen. What is most distressing is that a once active thread is now diminished. The posts in this thread were informative and enjoyable to read. I learned a lot just "lurking" before the TSE situation. It is unfortunate that the TSE has silenced a voice that once taught many people.
