Yeah<g>. It reminds me of a comment that John Chambers (Cisco
CEO) said when responding to the question, "how do you
think Wall Street will respond to so and so action you
are taking...?" So he says, "I have long ago learned it is
a futile effort to try and predict what Wall Street will
do." So, this told me the disconnect there is between
the guys trying to get the work done, and the "suits"
up on the 82nd floor of some building in South Manhattan.

And, when CEOs are asked what's the
part of the job they like least? - their common
response is, "having to deal with ANALysts and Wall Street".
So, they do have to do the dance correctly, but alot of
it is just plain BS.

If COMS wouldn't have been a bunch of idiots and they had explained why there was no earnings date set earlier Briefing wouldn't have had to speculate.

Don't blame Briefing.
