Bearshark, The point I'm trying to make is we(so-called experts in all fields) think we can control certain phenomena, whether its science, medicine, etc. or in this case economics. It is a very smug, self centered approach taken on by the human mind. What I believe, and the tact I take, is to realize these things exist and learn how to ride-em out rather than stop them, because I don't believe we can.. Being a fiscal conservative and a social liberal, I believe the best way ride out a downturn in business activity is to be like, "The Village Blacksmith",... "and he owes no other man"..
