A reduction in shares of 29.4 %, all other things being equal, would produce a share price increase of 41.7%( 25.5MM shares x .30 base price = $7,650,000 market cap. For 18.0 MM shares, that would correspond to .425)

HOWEVER, that assumes that the 30 cent stock price had already removed ALL value/earnings potential from LPS. As we look back, we can now say that is true, but prior to the announcement of the cancellation of LPS, most had imputed some value and earnings to LPS.

To the extent that that was done, one should not expect this news to automatically produce a 41.7% price increase.

Have I confused people here?

So we're now worth 32.5 cents. Now we only need another buck for some of us to break even.<g> I don't really have a problem if communication is kept open and things go foward. To sit in this trading range isn't attracting new investors. Remember Franco? What got all of us here. News, HYPE and some facts. I'm not looking for hype but the rest is good.

Yes, this was good news. Not just for the reduction of outstanding shares but because we're more focused now.

I'm long in this stock because I believe in the CO.
