A fluff naive news release would be worse than worthless. Roy, have you heard any more details or confirmation of the IBM/Brocade deal? Was ANCR even really competing for that or is their product too large too scalable too expensive (too Class 1) for IBMs current purposes? Is ANCR product still too far ahead of the game to get big commitments yet, or are they going head to head and losing?

Roger, " Ancor put fibre channel in the text books, and it doesn't even appear to be a viable company." I always thought that ANCR, being among the first over the FC hill would scout out the best and most fertile land, but perhaps they were too narrow in their vision and didn't notice things happening. When I first went to the SNIA site I always wondered why ANCR was not a founding member like Brocade, and McData, and Vixel. Are all the deals born from contacts made in this organization?
