The price competition was at the higher end and not sub-1k. That's what the company said and you have no evidence to show they were lying. HP went for market share at the cost profitability. This has nothing to do with sub-1k and the entire world except the Dell heads know it.

Your propaganda to trash every other OEM to promote Dell sure as hell should be a source of embarrassment for Dell.
