southern gent, Fortunately, or unfortunately as the case may be, we MUST protect the right of free speech for the idiots, to ensure our own right to free speech. That's how it works. Fortunately, there is no ABSOLUTE right of free speech. Most people think you can anything you want and be protected. WRONGO! Try yelling "Fire!" in a crowded movie theater.
