Ron,

Regarding "the informational needs of RMIL shareholders", I am a shareholder in several companies. I have "informational needs" in all of them. For example, why doesn't GM tell me what new models they have coming out for the 00 model year and how they expect them to impact the bottom line? I think it is because they feel that they have no obligation to disclose to the shareholders or anybody else what their business plan may be until they have solidified it and it is already in place. Why is it that we, somehow, expect the BB stocks to give us a running commentary of the every thought of management?

As far as what's best for the shareholders, how about letting the shareholders worry about it? We appreciate your concern, but no thanks.

Regards,

AD
