Caught your note Dale, a little credit is due to the many fine people that have helped me along the way and continue to help now. I think you will recall meeting Michelle Lambert at our AGM, she made a considerable contribution to the company while she was with us and several months after she left still thought highly enough of us to come up from Seattle to attend the AGM. George Pava our VP Operations has been with the Company 5 years and is in charge of Engineering and Manufacturing. Daniel Fok, our Chief Engineer has been with us 6 years and is a core member of the management team. Other engineers and technicians including Nader, Domingo, Alex, Tibo, Parvinder and Robert have all put their shoulders to the wagon to share the load. On the production side, Barry Chayko has been with us for 5 years and as Production Manager has built a highly efficient operation. Other unsung members of the staff who have helped build the Company include Kathy in purchasing, Alberto in Planning, Chris in QA, William, Barbara and Tina in administration. New members including Michel Billote and Howard Jampolsky are already making considerable contributions. In November 1994 when we went public we had four people. Today we have over 24. We did not grow by my trying to do everything myself. We have a good team who are dedicated to build the company and make the Unitec vision a reality. I think you will find the one(s) that are complaining are the ones that "were turfed". Regards, JBS
