Wes,

Here's another direct quote from the Indiana/Sensi grand jury findings against Joe Lanza:

"It was further part of the scheme that JOSEPH LANZA sent investors a listing of accounts payable for Sensi corporation. This was done in order to show the investors the severe financial conditions confronting Sensi and to ask for additional money to cover expenses. The accounts payable included tens of thousands of dollars due five credit card companies. These credit card balances were incurred as a result of JOSEPH LANZA and his wife using Sensi's credit cards to purchase personal items."

What a guy!!!

Addi,

Well I see the shareholders are still anticipating a complete
make-over of Airstar Technologies even though they still
are at the mercy of current management's skill and talent.

I would say the most logical statement so far on this thread
is posted by Mr. McCulloch. Terminating all current management
is your only salvation for Airstar.

One question to Addi. What in the hell would possess you to buy
Airstar stock? It couldn't have been because you believe
in this company's dynamic Board of Director's. Or, Joe Vigliarolo's
expertise in the field of telecommunications. If I were you, I
would liquidate as quickly as possible. You would have been wiser
to invest in a case of Tootsie Pops at the local Five & Dime. Least
you would have some kind of satisfaction for your money.

As far as the statements Wes is posting: I would defy anything
Airstar's office relayed. You are dealing with individuals who
are lacking total ethical character and will masquerade in order
to embellish their integrity. When you look at the Board of
Director's credentials, that in itself should be enough proof to
all the shareholders what you are really dealing with. If any
of you think this company has the ability to resurrect itself
based on the skill of this group, your all kidding yourself. The
only way this company can survive is by a hostile take-over.
Until that happens this stock would be only one thing: a quick
sell!

I have to laugh at your comments about Joe Lanza. The way all of
you continue to post about this guy, it seems to me all of you are more interested in this guys colorful reputation than you are about
the future of your investment. Now if a guy can distract you more
than your pocket-book, well he must have something money can't buy.
