the powertool kicked around 5-9-98 with a close of around 8.06, here is the post, part of that scan kicked out a slew of stocks with attitude and still does...i'll have to fix that!!!lol. the powertool works independently of the attitude, but i am 100% sure that attitude helps. will be interesting to watch for david's magnet. this looks like the right side of a cup in formation.

the powertool has been kicking on and off on URGI since 1/7/98. I believe miles posted it on or around 5/7/98 when the powertool went into bull mode again. And it has been on and off twice since then. Actually that powertool is one strong son of a gun. It is one of the few indicators which I have seen which shows when a stock has enough power to pull away from a magnet without a period of testing. But almost every stock eventually comes back to test the magnets.

You are correct that most stocks will reload and start up agian. this is what APCO should do. I hope the magnets are not real strong in the lower 8 upper 7 area cuz I really don't want to see it quite that low. Would rather it bases a few weeks in the lower to mid 9s before it has a run up prior to earnings.
