CS top management really had problem. They have no vision.
I remember one year ago FORE got trouble, there are a lot of
rumors that CS was going to buy FORE. At that time CS was traded
at $40 plus. At that time, they definitely had power to acquire
FORE, FORE was traded at $13-$17 level. They didn't and came out denied the rumors. I don't know why at that time they didn't
use their stock price and some cash to acquire FORE(has very hi-end products and technology company).
They didn't know that they had no leading-edge technology to
sustain their growth. Right now seems like that they understand
their problem and try to acquire some companies, but it's really
not very good time to use their such low stock to acquire some
companies.

While ASND was very smart to use their stock price to acquire
CSCC(Cascade). I heard these few quarters actually orginal CSCC
products are selling very well. That's why ASND stock is doing
quite well right now.
