Raymond, relax.
I think your posts are good and well thought out. But in small caps, there are some questions as to the effectiveness of TA, as you point out. I think that HDIE will perform well as time goes on...especially if they produce some good news. Personally, I think most small caps react more to news than they do to perceived trends produced by TA.
However, your analysis has some solid backing, since HDIE has performed in a similar manner as recently as 2 years ago.
Regardless of whether you are right or not, HDIE could easily fall into a trading channel right at these levels. That is what I expect to happen. No chartists are buying this stock, at least not at any appreciative levels. Rather, MMs are standing by, preparing to pounce on weakness.
