This is just a small example (from todays analysis)
of the BS spin that
Briefing.com and others put on 3Coms and other stocks:

First two companies with a shot at providing market with a positive surprise are 3Com and Cabletron - not your most likely candidates for good news...


Even if true, this gets repeated too many times, and starts
shaping peoples opinions. I'm sure that some people wouldn't
touch COMS after reading the above, even if they thought
it was a good company. Many people are just going to invest
only when they hear positive news spin.
