It is typical to hand out shares as part of the deal for the new executives that have come aboard. Which shares are going to be passed out to the new comers. ESVS or ZULU? New releases would indicate that it would be ESVS shares. Also wouldn't some of the recently departed Executives still have a number of shares (restricted/ non-restricted) ,e.g. Lair, for their part in this ongoing scenario.
