Thanks Stockman...

Glad you called... the information is reassuring. It is so obvious that DGIV is committed to its shareholders... there are just too many tell-tale signs around.

Now grab a beer...

I think Miss E'Lane is going to get the limbo contest going soon... and I want a front row seat!

Lazarus, sloshing my "Crown," 'cuz that's what I do.

Thanks for the post stockman,

I'm over here in the UK and would like to share something with you all. i work with a company called Fibernet over here. I first met them about 8 months ago, at that time they were 140pence and then dropped to around 70pence. They were in the last stages of building out a nation-wide SDH infrastructure for native SDH and ATM services.

Since the build out is complete and they can show their order book, their share price has rocketed - it is now 367pence but has been as high as 420 recently. Once a revenue stream is real, my personal opinion is DGIV will shoot up, especially with a NASDAQ listing. I'm currently making a loss with DGIV but holding long

Good wishes to all - even the shorts

Javelin

I am kicking myself, that I didn't get in. 'm not trying to hype DGIV - there's enough enthusiasm around!

great update, thanks ___ ****An Important Update From The Company...Sorry to interrupt the party.... I just wanted to communicate an update on a discussion that I had with DGIV a couple of hours ago. Roger Templeton (VP of Communications) and I talked for 15-20 minutes and it was a very productive conversation. Here is some of what I learned: -Jimmy Chin has given full listing on the nasdaq (small cap exchange) a very high priority. The CFO is now closely supervising the compiling of documents and discussions with lawyers and the SEC. The goal is to "do it right." After 2nd qtr. results are compiled they will be added to the 10sb file that will go to the SEC Edgar database. This should happen in July and then there will a dialogue between the SEC and the company about going from "full reporting status" to "nasdaq small cap status." This may take time and it could be late summer when everything is official. Roger will defer to the CFO about the filing details and specific timeline. The filing with the SEC will contain info. on such things like the operations, contracts that are signed, and the officers and directors (Roger reminded me that they all still have all of their shares...hmmmm). I also learned that in the future, the CFO will handle most of the major investor relations activities. -The company is starting to transition from "the deal stage" to "the installation and buildout phase." They are working to put the right infrastructure in place for high growth in the future. Significant billing for large quantities of internet telephony traffic will start to kick in later this year. DGIV has proprietary software that works on the universal NT and Unix networks that are worldwide. -DGIV's board authorized the firm to buy back stock quite some time ago. The authorization is still open and it could be activated again. -Roger understands that there is new levels of shorting activity with the DGIV stock. Management is monitoring this. I brought a number of questions from this board to Roger's attention and he appreciated that. Roger warned about shorters (we know who they are) and the types of things they are posting. -Overall Roger was very optimistic about the future and emphasized that management is committed to enhancing shareholder value. New contract info. and additional plans could be released any time. He said public releases will be made as soon as it is legal and prudent. In closing Roger emphasized that DGIV has a long term vision and was working hard to execute on that. ****The above summary is my interpretation of a conversation with Roger Templeton early this evening (6/22/98). It is covered by the rocketeer safe harbor act. My only intention is to communicate what I learned. Each investor's decision is their individual decision. ----------------------------------------------------------- I have more DGIV today than have owned in the past and I'll sleep well tonight. The fundamentals that drive this company are solid. This is a Long Term Investment for me and for very good reasons. I feel that the company has been quite honest and open. I know that we all wish that the aggressive filing deadlines had been met. Yet, I really feel that the company has addressed that issue. The next few weeks will be an interesting time as results are compiled and SEC filings are made. IMO, this stock has been oversold and will start to correct very soon. Some of us are already actively increasing our holdings. Continue to do your own Due Diligence. Good Luck Investing Everyone.

Templeton is either a good politician or you just can't ask the tough questions

Read posts 14863 and 14865
20 simple questions and he did not answer one or you failed to ask the questions as written

So if you all continue to think that this was a positive response more power to you.

I would still like an answer to these 20 questions and yes nobody has dealt with the other ten facts on 13892 - 13942

So the questions keep building, the company continues to fail to perform or respond adequately and yet you all keep believing
