That bastard sold close 50k MIDLP, unless I'm forgetting a private placement as the number 117k (54k public) is engrained in my mind.

Getting precise floats and shares outstanding is a difficult task, and sometimes shares literaly come out of nowhere. If I'm not forgetting a private placement, then the only discrepency can be the MIDLP that fisher illegally converted/sold. On the plus side the company should be able to get money for these shares, as they clearly made it into the float.

I'll bet someone thought there was a lot more "P" out there that was not held tightly than your count shows. Maybe today was an indication of what someone will try if they can't get the stops lifted. I guess we'll soon see.
