At that pt, it crossed my mind to lighten up a
little, but I didn't. Some days the volatility in
COMS is unbelievable when you think of it in % terms.

I hope one of these days, it settles down and
cruises in one direction...upward.

Yes--- they are probably responsible for a large part or all of the drop today. I never liked the idea of suing a company that I owned stock because that was just suing yourself---- however a class action on something like this might make a lawyer (but not the investors) rich. It would be nicer to have another billionaire lawyer instead of Briefing and Cramer---- find a lawyer and I'll sign first <vbg>.
