It gets poster to the public on monday 6-15-98. (2) on 6-4-98 "agti" puts out brief up-date annoucment,etc, etc. Within said annoucment it is noted that their talking with 4 different companys within the gaming industry about a possible joint venture, merger,financing, ect, ect. (3) On thursday 6-18-98 ,"bad news day", AGTI annouses "4 to 1 stock split. remember he sells his stock 4-14-98--he knows from exp. & being a lawyer that it normally takes 60 days to get filed & published.6-15-98 it's "FILED & PUBLISHED". Again 6-18-98 the 4 to 1 reverse split is announced.I would title this a well timed and excuted plan. CHIEF OFFICERS CAN'T OWN SHARES OF STOCK OF OTHER COMPANYS WHOM THEY ARE ABOUT TO ?????????? WITH. Morral of story "AGTI" didn't have a chance in hell to make it with the prior mgt. IN THE NEAR FUTURE (APPROX. 1 YEAR) you'll all kiss the ground that mr Nieman walks on; trust me. 25% OF A BIG PIE IS BETTER THAN 100% OF A EMPTY PIE DISH. 6-30-98 should tell either i'm full of shit or dam close to being on target. TGS59 i'd reccommend you buy a big block of this stock if you haven't already done so...ho-ho---your very good/the best at what you do!
