yes it does...but it depends on what the person says and more importantly HOW
they say it, as to whether that person wants to be an outcast, by peers, or not


Free Speech doesnt really prevail on SI AND what you just said could be said about anything that is said under the "free speech" cloak of protection

Censorship is a mighty sword and lends itself to execution in an unfair and unequal manner

for example....SI had said that is does not violate the terms of use if you express an opinion that is negative about someone
yet they have repeatedly put people in web jail for doing so

so there in lies their subjective opinion as to what is acceptable when expressing a negative opinion...
