Dan,

The Indiana grand jury found that one of Joe Lanza's modus operandi in the oil well scheme was to lie about how much, if any, of his own money or his family's money was invested in the wells. It was total bullshit. So when we hear him whine about how much of his own money and his family's money he socked into AirStar, that's gotta be total bullshit too.

Did you know that Joe Lanza, while he was acting as consultant/promoter for AirStar, was actually matching the buy orders of the suckers (like me) he conned into buying stock with his own sell orders. He was able, through his stock broker's experience and connections, to do this. I am hoping the 10-K will fill in a lot of the details. To me, one of the best things about Joe Lanza being kicked out of AirStar is that now we can sue him without hurting our company.
