Well the difference is only some 48,000 shares this time, but in other stocks I have we have been noticing the same thing. We look at the T & S log and there are several hundred thousand shares unaccounted for.

What we thought it might be is a MM filling undeclared shorts.

If a MM had shorted say at 15 cents, a month ago, and now made the purchase to cover the short, that would explain the difference, since undeclared shorts are shares that don't really exist.
