So Pugs, your efforts to get the SEC and the NASD to pay attention didn't work...is that what you are saying? Getting the SEC and NASD to agree to the DLJ strategy seemed to be very important to your strategy recently.....are we to believe now that they gave you the "cold shoulder?"

Have you consulted with your securities attorney about this??

If so, then he/she has probably advised you on the legality of being able to transfer your shares to whatever firm you choose.
