John, got this response from one of the scientists behind the deal:

"One can only agree with your assessment that to reduce greenhouse gases is not to use fossil fuels and thus utilize other energy sources such as Hydrogen, solar, wind, nuclear, tidal, etc. Having said this, we live in a real global economy which is primarily driven by the use of fossil fuels, your L.P.G. included.
Since we are able to convert carbon dioxide (up to 30%) into a liquid
fuel, we are thus utilizing the now vented carbon atom for fuel, or if
you like, halving the emission of the CO2 in real time.
In my opinion, diesel engines will continue to exist long into the next century as well as the petrochemical industry which uses our other targed liquid product naptha as a feed stock.
As our products are ultra clean, having been reformed from carbon and
oxygen, only they by definition meet the highest purity standards
achievable. Thus, the targeted end products will be used as blending enhancers to present refinery run products giving them cleaner properties.
Thank you for your encouragement re our process and prospects to
prosper."
