Just watch a continuation the next few days up to July 8, 1998. This is a significant acquistion.

Whenever I see a small volumn like 200 shares go thru and
the price changes sig - I believe it is just between the MM..
and never put much credence in the move one way or
the other...As far as I know the float is around 500 tho,
which as we know is nothing....This I believe will take
some wild rides, just get off the ride when you have that
feeling...

Just my opinion,

Ok thanks. It wasn't making sense. When Yahoo said 500,000 in the
float and I knew that over 800,000 had been issued due to a reg S
conversion on May 8th it wasn't making sense.

If the 1 for 10 occurred in Feb, that means the conversion occurred
afterward, accounting for about 1.5MM. Looks to me like they converted
when the price was around .70 and they got a 30% discount from market.
I wonder if this is why the stock tanked so hard the last month...
and I wonder if there is some break even point below which they will
not resume selling... or maybe they are waiting for the stock to go
up on the merger.

At any rate, the numbers suck, but the trading looks good. Maybe the
company can pull it off and get profitable... I guess we'll see.
