STOCKMAN_SCOTT, please allow me to re-post your great DD from last night before the you know who's show up this morning. NIce work! REMEMBER PEOPLE, WE ARE AN OTC:BB company that is going to the Big Board soon. Some legitimate questions have come up on this thread, and some absurd ones. For those legitimate questions, we need to ask ourselves (and I do not know all the answers to them) if it fair to ask these questions at this stage of the company's development? I defer to others more in the know to answer. SHould we not wait until the SB10 and/or the 2nd quarter numbers come out before decide to scrutinize the numbers from 1996? THis is 1998 and much has changed. Many contracts are underway and the company is in the "the installation and buildout phase" which takes TIME. When paid professionals come on the thread, some sounding more credible than others, we need to ask what is their motivation and WHO is paying them. They may bring up some good questions, but without knowing who they represent, why are they so keen to have the price drop, why they mix half truths and half lies, and why they hide their profiles, we cannot have any intelligent discussions with them about the future of DGIV. So, those on this thread who are eager to find out what DGIV is about today, and what it will be about in the future, then continue to do the DD that has differentiated us from other threads. We need scrutiny, and we need to remember that DGIV like MSFT and IBM will make mistakes! But, if it does more things right than wrong, than we should move in the right direction. THIS IS A POST FROM ONE ON THIS THREAD WHO HAS DONE THE DD THAT I SPOKE ABOUT> To: E'Lane (14989 ) From: stockman_scott Monday, Jun 22 1998 11:20PM ET Reply # of 15053 ****An Important Update From The Company...Sorry to interrupt the party.... I just wanted to communicate an update on a discussion that I had with DGIV a couple of hours ago. Roger Templeton (VP of Communications) and I talked for 15-20 minutes and it was a very productive conversation. Here is some of what I learned: -Jimmy Chin has given full listing on the nasdaq (small cap exchange) a very high priority. The CFO is now closely supervising the compiling of documents and discussions with lawyers and the SEC. The goal is to "do it right." After 2nd qtr. results are compiled they will be added to the 10sb file that will go to the SEC Edgar database. This should happen in July and then there will a dialogue between the SEC and the company about going from "full reporting status" to "nasdaq small cap status." This may take time and it could be late summer when everything is official. Roger will defer to the CFO about the filing details and specific timeline. The filing with the SEC will contain info. on such things like the operations, contracts that are signed, and the officers and directors (Roger reminded me that they all still have all of their shares...hmmmm). I also learned that in the future, the CFO will handle most of the major investor relations activities. -The company is starting to transition from "the deal stage" to "the installation and buildout phase." They are working to put the right infrastructure in place for high growth in the future. Significant billing for large quantities of internet telephony traffic will start to kick in later this year. DGIV has proprietary software that works on the universal NT and Unix networks that are worldwide. -DGIV's board authorized the firm to buy back stock quite some time ago. The authorization is still open and it could be activated again. -Roger understands that there is new levels of shorting activity with the DGIV stock. Management is monitoring this. I brought a number of questions from this board to Roger's attention and he appreciated that. Roger warned about shorters (we know who they are) and the types of things they are posting. -Overall Roger was very optimistic about the future and emphasized that management is committed to enhancing shareholder value. New contract info. and additional plans could be released any time. He said public releases will be made as soon as it is legal and prudent. In closing Roger emphasized that DGIV has a long term vision and was working hard to execute on that. ****The above summary is my interpretation of a conversation with Roger Templeton early this evening (6/22/98). It is covered by the rocketeer safe harbor act. My only intention is to communicate what I learned. Each investor's decision is their individual decision. ----------------------------------------------------------- I have more DGIV today than have owned in the past and I'll sleep well tonight. The fundamentals that drive this company are solid. This is a Long Term Investment for me and for very good reasons. I feel that the company has been quite honest and open. I know that we all wish that the aggressive filing deadlines had been met. Yet, I really feel that the company has addressed that issue. The next few weeks will be an interesting time as results are compiled and SEC filings are made. IMO, this stock has been oversold and will start to correct very soon. Some of us are already actively increasing our holdings. Continue to do your own Due Diligence. Good Luck Investing Everyone.
