[ UCMP ]

Susan,

You may still not understand the retracement concept. There is nothing that says it will retrace back to the trend line. By the look of the chart, you are purchasing an issue that is only sure to give you pain, and it forces you to fight an uphill battle.

UCMP has been in a downward spiral fundamentally for the past eight quarters; while its prospects seem to be brighter for the future (you know how it's always supposed to be brighter in the future), there is no true sign (aside from an analyst's projection) that the company will improve its bottom line. Earnings have been in a downward spiral, and it just missed it's most recent quarter by $0.14.

although many, nowadays, do not follow this retracement path.

It could be that the fundamentals are pulling this company down; but UCMP has been following the retracement concept nicely, actually; it seems to follow the 50% retracement level nicely. I'll explain more later if you need more guidance. Market just opened.

Regards,

Rainier
