The article takes a somewhat negative view in terms of curbing violence using the V-Chip. But from v-chip sales perspective, if you knew that 12% of TV owners were "very likely" to purchase your product(or even other similar products), I think you would be very happy. Keep in mind the product life cycle, the early adopters compose the very beginnings of your sales. Traditionally this comprises about 5-10% of your target market. So the numbers are not bad at all, its just up to Tri Vision to sell its product to the willing customers Jay
